How Does it Work?

Medical emergency coverage is for sudden, unexpected accidents and illnesses. The Perfect Assist Platinum plan offers a maximum monthly coverage amount of $10,000 USD. Up to $10,000 USD for medical emergencies UNRELATED to pre-existing conditions AND up to $2,000 USD for illnesses related to acute pre-existing conditions.

The Perfect Assist Platinum 10 plan is designed for expats - those individuals who reside temporarily or permanently in a Latin American country, including: Mexico, Belize, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Columbia, Peru, Argentina, Ecuador, Chile, Brazil, Bolivia, Guyana, Paraguay, Suriname, Uruguay, and Venezuela.

It is also for country nationals / citizens of any of the above Latin American countries.

National In-Country + Travel Coverage

Two types of coverage are included with the Perfect Assist 10 plan: National and International. Insured are covered in their country of residence (National) in Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Columbia, Peru, Argentina, Ecuador, Chile, Brazil, Bolivia, Guyana, Paraguay, Suriname, Uruguay, or Venezuela; and ALSO worldwide (International) for trips outside their country of residency in Latin America.
